BioinCGI is a group of Bioinformatic programs with CGI interfaces. Most of them were written for comparative genomics.

- GC shift mapping: This program provide chromosomal maps for GC changes of vertebrate homogeneous genes.

- Microsatellites finder.

- Base Distribution: The profile of base distribution along sequences.

- Genebank2CDS: retrieve CDS sequences from Genebank entries.

- CpG_R: A R package for CpG Islands Detection, this program based on Hidden Markov Model.
