－ squid访问请求的控制
现在已经可以通过ip地址控制(修改squid.conf)，首先定义一组ip：acl lan-a src 10.141.96.193-10.141.96.195/32 使其可以通过squid则加上一行http_access allow lan-a
这样，ip从10.141.96.193到10.141.96.195都可通过squid代理。
若希望控制的是仅仅一个ip，则定义部分改为:acl lan-b src 10.141.96.193/32
若希望10.141.96.*都能通过的话，定义部分为: acl lan-c src 10.141.96.0/24,
若希望阻止他，则http_access deny lan-c。
关于squid 的access controls在这里有帮助文档。

－ wwwBLAST
基于web的BLAST已经调试成功，点击这里使用。目前只有两个用来test的数据库，明天我会把人类等几个重点生物的基因组数据放进去。
昨天BLAST调试不成功的原因在于http服务器apache的默认设置只允许运行cgi-bin中的cgi程序，
通过修改httpd.conf可以使得/var/www/html/下的cgi程序也可以被运行：
增加一行AddHandler cgi-script .cgi
在的Options一行最后加上ExecCGI
另外，中文首页乱码问题也得到解决，同样是httpd.conf中将AddDefaultCharset ISO改为AddDefaultCharset GB2312，说到底是编码问题。

今天在IBI服务器上装了squid和wwwBLAST。
－ squid
年前服务器硬盘RAID崩溃，数据全部丢失，就重新安装了RH linux 8.0，今天我在services里发现，安装系统的时候已经把squid也一起安装上去了，这是一个代理服务器架设软件。我开启了这个服务，但是他还不能正常运行，需要配置squid.conf文件。将其中的http_access deny all 改为http_access allow all，增加了一行cache_peer 10.10.2.53 parent 6666 3130 login=*:* default no-query，就可以通过这个代理浏览网页了，但是网址中有“？”的无法浏览，最后是去掉了带hierarchy_stoplist的一行，才解决。每次对squid.conf的修改，必须通过/usr/sbin/squid -k reconfigure来生效。现在这个squid代理还有两个问题，一是无法通过他上QQ，二是在论坛入口无法实现登陆。

－ wwwBLAST
IBI的一个非常重要的服务就是提高基于网页的BLAST。今天我在NCBI找到了解决办法，有一个名位wwwBLAST的软件专门负责提高与NCBI提供的BLAST服务几乎一样的服务。安装这个软件比较简单，只要place it into document directory of HTTPD server and uncompress it。这样，网页都生成了， 可以浏览，但是还不能做匹配，可能在服务器上还要安装本地BLAST，还得看README

这两天在我脑袋里缠绕着好几件事情，很乱，很烦，先理一下，有些事情一件一件完成，有些同步进行。
－ 研究所网站的建设： 这不是一天两天的事情，一步一步慢慢来，这两天先试着把BLAST调试起来。然后再是其他的工具和数据库，最后再是页面的制作。
－ 申请学校： 这个不能拖，每天都要上网查信息，从明天开始，在四天以内，先根据收集的资料，制定适合自己的申请计划。
－ TEF应试准备： 先从“简明”开始把语法温一遍，同时配合磁带听、说。争取在2月中旬结束。
－ FAN让我看的文献只有有空闲再看了，染色体矩阵的事情也只有开学的时候再做了。

今天是2004年1月27日，正月初六，我刚刚回到学校。现在我在实验室，就一个人，整个中心大楼都很静，我感觉我敲键盘的声音都可以传到楼下去了。

朋友的留言对我来说是最大的鼓励，没有了SIB这个目标，却多了一些选择的余地，不管外面的世界如何变化，我先提高自身素质，把语言学好，把专业学扎实，出去也是为了锻炼自己，这才是真正的目标。

FAN让我实现的染色体点矩阵图作出来了，结果很漂亮，与PATERSON的论文上的图相一致，不过，我发现了一些新东西，我称之为染色体弹簧拉伸系数，这个系数是否存在，是多少，为什么会产生，我还需要计算很多数据，才能知道。

圣诞节前一天,我去玉泉校区校务部做成绩单,当时交了一份从学院拿来的成绩单,没有改成绩,其实我是想删掉那几门考得特别烂的,但是因为不是选修课,她不可我删,当时很郁闷.今天去领了她们做出来的成绩,GPA还不算太糟糕,第三年倒还有3点多.我让她给我复印三份,要了我51块钱!
接下来,我要好好整理一下这些材料,打算先往瑞士发一份过去.

IBM公司赞助浙大生物信息研究所的64位8CPU超级计算机运到中心大楼不久，但是它上面已经安装了操作系统，今天我终于看到了这个名位AIX的UNIX系统。经过一个晚上的摸索，发觉它总体上跟我比较熟悉的LINUX(GNU/UNIX)很相近，但是也有很多不用之处。使我印象最深的是它的ksh实在是很不人性化，Tab键没有文件名补全功能，它非得让我一个一个字母输进去不可，打错了又得重新输入，shell命令嘛也没有记忆功能，对于使用频繁又比较长的命令，只有乖乖地一遍一遍输，然后，不同类型的文件嘛也没有高亮显示，查找起来不方便。

这几天我看文献真是看得郁闷。跟Prof.Fan搞研究也有好些日子了，帮他写程序，实现想法，帮zy维护linux，都没有问题，但是让我看文献，真是难到我了，两天了，我还没弄懂，只能怪自己学花时间学英文，明天要去见Fan了，真不知道怎么跟他说。
哎，继续看。

mais il est difficille de télécharger des données depuis NCBI. Et maintenant, je télécharge les données de RGP.

on va à la mer, on va à l'étranger. En septembre, on fait la récolte. Octbre et
